In
1998 the administrative and research divisions of the Department of
Psychiatry moved into the McKnight Brain Institute (MBI) at the University
of Florida, which encompasses over 200,000 gross square feet and provides
a wealth of laboratory, office and teaching space for MBI faculty, staff
and students. Clinical services are located in Shands Health Science
Center at the University of Florida, Shands at Vista, Shands Medical Plaza, and the Gainesville
Veterans Administration Medical Center.
