2005 Psychopharmacology Update For Primary Care And Psychiatry
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
REGISTRATION The early registration fee for the course is $75 per person. This includes 4 hours of CME and dinner. After March 1st the fee will be increased to $100. You may register by mail, fax, or online registration. Full refunds, less a $20 processing charge, will be made to those supplying the UF CME Office with written cancellation by March 2, 2005. After that date, no refunds will be given. If the course is cancelled due to insufficient registration, a full refund will be given.
