Electronic Proposals |
Electronic proposals should not be submitted to an agency until all required signatures have been obtained and your complete proposal package has received final approval from DSR. Many sponsoring agencies (Federal as well as non-Federal) now require proposals to be submitted electronically through an online system. Due to the programming of certain electronic systems, such as those used by the American Heart Association and NASA, university research administrators cannot electronically view, approve or submit those proposals. Please be sure that prior to electronic submission, all Principal Investigators follow the normal procedures and route their proposals in paper format, along with the DSR-1 signature page and any required internal documents, through their Department, College and the Division of Sponsored Research. Do not submit the proposal until final approval by DSR is received. Changes are difficult and sometimes not allowed by the agency once the electronic proposal has been submitted.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. |
